SCHMIDT; J.M. MILLER; LELA MILLER; and ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO PLAINTIFF, DEFENDANTS.
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that suit has been filed and is now pending against you in the District Court of Roosevelt County, New Mexico, wherein The Estate of Alney Dale Danks, Jr., Deceased is Plaintiff and you are Defendants in Cause No: D-0911-CV-2025-00016, that the general object of said suit is the securing of a Final Decree Quieting Title concerning the following described real estate to-wit:
The Surface Estate Only as to the Following Three Tracts of Land:
Tract #1:
The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4NW/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Five South (T-5-S), Range Thirty-two East (R-32-E),
N.M.P.M., Roosevelt County, New Mexico, containing 200 acres of land, more or less;
Tract #2:
All of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), in Block Fouty (40), of the ARMSTRONG ADDITION to Elida, Roosevelt County, New Mexico, as shown by the official recorded plat thereof; and
Tract #3:
All of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Seventy-one (71) of the KENNA TOWNSITE, Roosevelt County, New Mexico, as shown by the official recorded plat thereof (all three tracts hereinafter referred to as the “Subject Property”).
Please be further advised that unless you appear, answer or plead in said cause on or before March 27, 2025, Plaintiff will, on or after March 28, 2025, present to the Court a final decree quieting title by default against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint to Quiet Title; and that Wesley O. Pool, Pool Law Firm, P.C., 201 Innsdale Terrace, Clovis, New Mexico 88101 is the attorney for Plaintiff.
