NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Border Soil and Water Conservation District is issuing a Request For Proposals(RFP) for herbicide treatment activities primarily in southeastern New Mexico.
Proposals may be received electronically to [email protected], or by mail to Border Soil and Water Conservation District, PO Box 158, Elida, NM 88116 until June 19th, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. MDT. Proposals received after this date and time WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
