THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KAY LEE SKIPWORTH, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KAY LEE SKIPWORTH, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held upon the Petition for Adjudication of Intestacy and Determination of Heirship filed by Roy Lee Skipworth concerning the Estate of Kay Lee Skipworth, Deceased, at the District Court of Roosevelt County, at the Roosevelt County Courthouse, Portales New Mexico, on the 8th day of April, 2025, commencing at 8:30 a.m. Wesley O. Pool, Pool Law Firm, P.C., 201 Innsdale Terrace, Clovis, NM 88101 is the attorney for Petitioner.
Pursuant to Section 45-1-401, N.M.S.A., 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given to you by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks.
