TO: ANNIE MAE FINNEY, ANNIE MAE FINNEY, TRUSTEE OF THE DENZEL FINNEY FAMILY TRUST, HERBERT RAY FINNEY, KELLY GENE FINNEY, PEGGY FINNEY, DARLA MAE TEAGUE, DENZEL LEROY FINNEY, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DENZEL RAY FINNEY, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY LIEN UPON OR RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE ESTATE OF DENZEL RAY FINNEY, DECEASED.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annie Mae Finney, Personal Representative of the Estate of Denzel Ray Finney, Deceased, has filed an Application requesting the Court to enter an Order which (1) formally probates the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament dated October 29, 1982; (2) confirms the previous informal appointment of Applicant as Personal Representative; (3) determines the heirs of Decedent; (4) determines the persons entitled to distribution of the Estate of the Decedent; (5) declares this estate fully settled and discharges Applicant from further claim or demand of any interested person; and (6) grants such other and further relief as may be proper.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that hearing on such Application will be heard before the District Court of De Baca County, Ft. Summer, New Mexico on August 5, 2024, at 10:30 o’clock a.m.
