THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the Following Named Defendants by Name, If Living, If Deceased Their Unknown Heirs: Grace Carrasco and/or the Estate of Grace Carrasco, if deceased; Hector B. Carrasco and/or the Estate of Hector B. Carrasco, if deceased; R. Cash Carrasco and/or the Estate of R. Cash Carrasco; Daniel R. Acosta, Alma D. Acosta and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that suit has been filed and is now pending against you, and each of you, in the District Court of Curry County, New Mexico. In said suit, Western Management, LLLP., versus, The Following Named Defendants by Name, If Living, If Deceased Their Unknown Heirs: Grace Carrasco and/or the Estate of Grace Carrasco, if deceased; Hector B. Carrasco and/or the Estate of Hector B. Carrasco, if deceased; R. Cash Carrasco and/or the Estate of R. Cash Carrasco; Daniel R. Acosta, Alma D. Acosta and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF, in Cause No: D-905-CV-2024-00222 pending in the District Court of Curry County, New Mexico, the general object of which is to bar and estop all of you, your heirs and assign’s from claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the property described in the Complaint as situated at 304 Thornton Street, Clovis, New Mexico, more fully described as:
A Portion of Lot Four (4) in Block Sixteen (16) of The Waverly Heights Addition to the City Of Clovis, Curry County, New Mexico, Being Described as Follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Said Lot 4; Thence West 140 Feet; Thence South 67.6 Feet; Thence East 9.1 Feet; Thence North 25.0 Feet; Thence East 40.0 Feet; Thence South 5.0 Feet; Thence East 90.9 Feet; Thence North 47.6 Feet To The Point and Place of Beginning (hereinafter referred to as “said property”)
And further to establish the Plaintiff, Western Management, LLLP., to be the owner in fee simple of said real estate, and to forever quiet and set at rest their title thereto.
That unless each of you enter your appearance in this proceeding on or before 30-days after the date of last publication, judgment will be rendered in this cause with the District Court of Curry County, against you by default. That DOERR & KNUDSON, P.A., whose address is 212 West First Street, Portales, NM 88130 are the Attorneys for Plaintiff.
