THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: The above-named Defendants,
GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there is pending in the Ninth Judicial District Court of the State of New Mexico, sitting within and for the County of Curry, the above captioned action in which ROBERT WILLIAMS and TWILA WILLIAMS By Name, If Living, If Deceased, Their Unknown Heirs, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF are Defendants, in Cause No. D-0905-CV-2024-00111, on the docket of said Court; that the general object of said action is to quiet title and establish the fee simple estate of the Plaintiff in and to that certain real estate in Curry County, New Mexico against adverse claim of Defendants, and to bar and forever estop Defendants from having or claiming any lien upon, or right, title, or interest in and to said land and real estate, or any part or portion thereof, adverse to the estate of the Plaintiff, and to forever quiet and set at rest the fee simple title of Plaintiff in and to said land and real estate, which is described as follows:
A Tract in the SE/4 of the SW/4 Section Seven (7), Township Two North (T2N), Range Thirty-Five East (R35E), Beginning 1324.85 feet North of the Southwest Corner of Section; 2450.4 feet East; 1207 feet South; 402.3 feet West to the point of beginning; 114.1 feet West; 381.9 feet North; 114.1 feet Easts; 381.9 feet South to the point of beginning,
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon More commonly known as 1662 US Highway 60/84, Clovis, NM 88101.
You are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before the 19th day of August, 2024, judgment will be entered against you in said cause by default , in accordance with the pray of the Plaintiff’s complaint on file in said cause; and that Harmon, Barnett & Morris, P.C., 119 South Main Street, Clovis, New Mexico 88101 are the attorneys for Plaintiff.
