THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Unknown Heirs of Gary L. Hamar, Deceased; Cary Dean Hamar; Karla Beth Myers; Unknown Heirs of Huey T. Dement, Deceased; Sheryl Mercer; Carol McDowell; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit entitled Stanley Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate; Sherrie Pipkin Richards, dealing in her sole and separate estate; Scotty Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate; and Spencer Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate, Plaintiffs, versus Unknown Heirs of Gary L. Hamar, Deceased; Cary Dean Hamar; Karla Beth Myers; Unknown Heirs of Huey T. Dement, Deceased; Sheryl Mercer; Carol McDowell; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiffs, Defendants, Cause No. D-905-CV-2024-00208 on the docket wherein each of you are named as a Defendant is pending in the District Court of Curry County, New Mexico, the general object of which is to bar and estop all of you from claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the property described in the Complaint in said cause, to-wit:
Lot 1 in Tract 15 in Unit #2 of the Wilhite Estates Subdivision, a subdivision of the W ½ of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 36 East, NMPM, Curry County, New Mexico being 6.0166-acres, more or less
to decree the Plaintiffs, Stanley Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate; Sherrie Pipkin Richards, dealing in her sole and separate estate; Scotty Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate; and Spencer Pipkin, dealing in his sole and separate estate, to be the owners in fee simple of said real estate, and to forever quiet and set at rest its title thereto.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 30-days after the date of the last publication judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default. That Rowley Law Firm, LLC whose address is Post Office Box 790, Clovis, New Mexico 88102-0790 are attorneys for the Plaintiffs.
