You and each of you are hereby notified that Betty Martinez, as Special Administratrix of the Estate of Randy Garcia, deceased Plaintiff, has filed an action in the District Court of Curry County, New Mexico, Civil Docket No. D-905-CV-2023-00158, wherein you are named or designated as Defendant and wherein the said Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The general nature of said suit is as follows:
Personal Injury, professional negligence,
As more fully appears in the Complaint on file in this cause.
Said action is further to collect money damags.
You are further notified that unless you enter your appearance or otherwise plead in said cause on or before, twenty (20) days after the last publication, judgment will be rendered against by default and Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in their Complaint.
