THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to William Todd McCane a/k/a William T. McCane; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit entitled Brian Sturgeon a/k/a Brian Sturgean, Plaintiff, versus William Todd McCane a/k/a William T. McCane; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff, Defendants, Cause No. D-1010-CV-2024-00029 on the docket wherein each of you are named as a Defendant is pending in the District Court of Quay County, New Mexico, the general object of which is to bar and estop all of you from claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the property described in the Complaint in said cause, to-wit:
7.34 acres in part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 30 East, NMPM, more fully described as follows: A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 30 East, NMPM described as follows: Starting at the NW Corner of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 30 East, NMPM; Thence South 0°30’ West 2230.75 feet;
Thence East 2717.4 feet to the point of beginning and the SW Corner of said tract; Thence East 1256.9 feet to the SE Corner; Thence North 0°30’ East 290.3 feet to the NE Corner; Thence West 471.0 feet; Thence South 84°00’ West 442.1 feet; Thence South 74°59’ West 362.8 feet to the NW Corner; Thence South 0°30’ West 138.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 7.34-acres, more or less, a/k/a 8094 State Highway 209, Tucumcari, New Mexico
to decree the Plaintiff, Brian Sturgeon a/k/a Brian Sturgean, to be the owner in fee simple of said real estate, and to forever quiet and set at rest its title thereto.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 30-days after the date of the last publication judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default. That Rowley Law Firm, LLC whose address is Post Office Box 790, Clovis, New Mexico 88102-0790 are attorneys for the Plaintiff.
