THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE FOLLOWING NAMED DECEASED PERSONS: J.L. FOXHALL, BETTY FOXHALL and JEAN CARTER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES OF J.L. FOXHALL, BETTY FOXHALL and JEAN CARTER, and ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF.
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that an action has been instituted and is now pending in the District Court of Quay County, New Mexico, said cause being numbered D-1010-CV-2024-00010 on the civil docket of said court, wherein you are named or designated as Defendants and wherein the Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The object of said action is to quiet the Plaintiff’s title in and to the real property described below and as set forth in the Complaint to Quiet Title within the County of Quay, New Mexico, more particularly described as follows:

Section 9: W/2NW/4
You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in said cause on or before the twentieth (20th) day from the date of the last publication of this Notice, Judgment by Default will be rendered against you and the relief prayed for by the Plaintiff will be granted.
