De Baca 4-H Novice and Junior members competed in the annual Shooting Sports contest May 19 at the De Baca County Fairgrounds.
The event was in preparation for the Southeast District 4-H Contests, scheduled for June 20 in Clovis.

Novice Archery
• Compound Bow with Sights and Release – Team 1: 1. Cade Gardner; 2. Savanna Segura; 3. Colby McCollum; 4. Coy Ward. Team 2: 1. Avery Tuggle; 2. Eli Griffin; 3. Skylee Moyers; 4. Holli Henry. 1st Alternate: Jeremy Dees.
Novice Rifle
