David Alan Rasche

David Alan Rasche, 67, of Waldron passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021, at his home.
He was born April 19, 1954, in Shelbyville, the son of Rev. Richard F. and Phyllis (Kuhn) Rasche. On December 28, 1980, he married his wife of 40 years, Peggy Lindsey.
In addition to Peggy of Waldron, David is survived by his mother of Shelbyville; daughters, Jaime Willis and husband, Brian , and Lindsey Rasche, both of Shelbyville; sister, Cheryl Cantrell and husband, Mike, of Fort Sumner; grandchildren, Nicholas Hill, Brianna Willis and Makayla Jo Schutt.
He was preceded in death by his father and a nephew Michael Cantrell II.
David was a 1972 graduate of Shelbyville High School. He attended Ball State University. He was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ.
David was a machinist at Service Engineering Inc. in Greenfield. His biggest passion was music, he enjoyed playing in a variety of bands.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday July 8, 2021, at the Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville, with Rev. Charles Jordan officiating at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
