Notice of Sealed Bid Offering

NOTICE OF SEALED BID OFFERING
Notice is hereby given that the Fort Sumner Irrigation District, PO Box 374, Fort Sumner, New Mexico 88119, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of the following surplus property:
2006 Ford F650
Single-Axle Dump Truck
equipped with a Ledwell 5/6-yard dump bed; Odometer reading approximately 40,389 miles; International 6.0L engine; 11R22.5 tires in good condition.
All truck functions were operational prior to engine failure.
The vehicle is sold “AS IS.”
The above-described property may be inspected at: 403 Billy the Kid Road, Fort Sumner, NM.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on April 6, 2026.
A minimum bid of $1,000 is required.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Dump Truck Bid” and must include:
Bid amount;
Bidder’s name;
Mailing address;
Telephone number.
Bids shall be addressed to: Fort Sumner Irrigation District, PO Box 374, Fort Sumner, NM 88119.
