THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Unknown Heirs of Bonnie H. Archuleta, Deceased; Bobbi Archuleta; Unknown Heirs of Joe Ed Archuleta, Deceased; Michael Archuleta; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiffs.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit entitled Mary Ann Archuleta, formerly Mary Ann Gonzales, dealing in her sole and separate estate; Geneva Garcia, dealing in her sole and separate estate and Bessie Mae Casaus, dealing in her sole and separate estate, Plaintiffs, versus Unknown Heirs of Bonnie H. Archuleta, Deceased; Bobbi Archuleta; Unknown Heirs of Joe Ed Archuleta, Deceased; Michael Archuleta; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiffs, Defendants, Cause No. D-1027-CV-2025-00006 on the docket wherein each of you are named as a Defendant is pending in the District Court of De Baca County, New Mexico, the general object of which is to bar and estop all of you from claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the property described in the Complaint to Quiet Title in said cause, to-wit:
Lots 18, 19 and 20 in Block 4 of the Baker Addition to the Depot Addition to Sunnyside, Village of Fort Sumner, De Baca County, New Mexico according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the County Clerk of said county
to decree the Plaintiffs, Mary Ann Archuleta, formerly Mary Ann Gonzales, dealing in her sole and separate estate; Geneva Garcia, dealing in her sole and separate estate and Bessie Mae Casaus, dealing in her sole and separate estate, to be the owners in fee simple of said real estate, and to forever quiet and set at rest their title thereto.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 20-days after the date of the last publication judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default. That Rowley Law Firm, LLC whose address is Post Office Box 790, Clovis, New Mexico 88102-0790 are attorneys for the Plaintiffs.
