Jeffrey was born on July 18, 1959 in Fort Sumner, NM to Ernest Perez and Jewel (Spencer) Perez.
Recitation of The Most Holy Rosary followed by the Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, July 26, 2024 beginning at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Encino, with Father Timothy Meurer officiating the service. Burial of cremains will follow at the Encino Cemetery, Encino, NM.
